Plants
The arrangement of Gardenia’s plants changes multiple times throughout the year, adapted to each season. Plants, flowers, and natural decorations take turns, creating a visual transformation that evokes emotions and leaves lasting impressions on our visitors.
At Gardenia, we cultivate 80 percent of our plants by hand, carefully overseeing every step of the process—from collecting and drying the seeds to selecting and blending the perfect substrate.
Local, endemic plant species are especially valuable to us; and next to them we cultivate carefully selected exotic varieties. We source the latter from gardens across the globe, and work diligently to help them acclimate to our local environmental conditions, be it enduring cold winters or hot summers, and we adjusting our care practices accordingly.
We are committed to using natural methods in our plant care, avoiding chemicals so as to prioritize the health and well-being of our plants.
